New ReSource Service Provider ~ Bidsmith

ReSource Commercial Flooring Network is pleased to announce Bidsmith, our newest ReSource Service Provider.  Bidsmith offers outsourced estimating services providing computerized take off and estimating calculations for all types of flooring materials and other interior finish materials and labor. With state of the art CAD software we analyze seam placement and efficiency comparisons to provide quantities and consultation for optimum material efficiency and performance of flooring materials.

Bidsmith serves commercial flooring dealers across the US with estimating service for all types of flooring including carpet, ceramic, wood and resilient. Our estimators are flooring material and installation experts, and work with electronic (CAD) files and or paper blue prints to create material quantity estimates for small jobs to very large projects. Bidsmith clients can receive their project quantity break down in a variety of formats to suit the project and client, including PDFs, paper print outs, and Commercial FloorRight or Callidus (coming soon) file. To improve bidding accuracy and presentation, the flooring contractor receives:

• Paper Floor Plan that is Color-Coded by Material
• Graphic Layout of Seam Placement, Tile Patterns, & Trim(s) Location
• 3D Wall Elevations showing Patterns, Trims, and Accents
• Job Material Itemization, Material Group Summary
• Other Options based on Client's Preferences or General Contractor's Requests
